Job Title: Proposition Development Lead
Location: Coleshill, Birmingham (with regular travel to Runcorn and national events)
Package: £30,000 - £40,000 plus bonus scheme and extensive benefits

What You’ll Do:
1. Lead the development and enhancement of propositions across our portfolio—from concept to launch
2. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and member insight gathering to inform strategy
3. Build robust business cases and implementation plans for new initiatives
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Digital, and Finance
5. Create compelling sales materials and proposition toolkits
6. Track performance, report on KPIs, and continuously seek improvement opportunities
7. Present insights and updates to internal and external stakeholders
What You’ll Bring:
8. Proven experience in proposition development, product management, or project delivery
9. Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
10. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
11. Highly organised, detail oriented, and proactive
12. Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
13. Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or membership organisations is a bonus
14. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
