The successful candidate will work closely with the GP Partners and wider team to develop our services, support our staff, and ensure we continue to deliver high-quality care to our patient population.

Main duties of the job
The Practice Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of the practice, including:
* Operational management of practice services and workflows
* Leadership, line management, recruitment, and staff development
* Oversight of practice finances and budgeting
* Coordination of clinical governance, CQC compliance, and quality improvement
* Supporting the delivery of enhanced services, QOF, and contractual requirements
* Implementing policies, procedures, and service development initiatives
* Liaison with patients, staff, external contractors, ICB, PCN and other stakeholders
