The Role: Work closely with two children with SEND, providing individualised support tailored to their needs. Assist with learning, development, and social integration, ensuring the children feel safe and included. Collaborate with teachers and school staff to implement strategies and support plans. Help create a positive and engaging learning environment. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience supporting children with SEND in a school setting. Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting children’s needs. Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
