We are seeking a versatile Sales Administrator / Product Marketing Administrator to support our expanding operations and upcoming product launches. This role is critical to ensuring our branding, packaging, and market positioning align with our target automotive industry sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing client relationships, supporting product marketing initiatives, and maintaining operational efficiency across multiple business functions.
Responsibilities
Client Relations & Account Management
Manage relationships with B2B clients to ensure their requirements are met effectively
Provide exceptional customer service and support to maintain client satisfaction
Handle business account management activities and client communications
Financial Administration
Process invoicing accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain financial records and support accounting processes
Product Marketing & Branding
Develop and implement product marketing strategies for new product launches
Collaborate with the Engineering team to create aesthetically pleasing product packaging designs
Ensure branding consistency across all marketing materials and product packaging
Support the development of marketing materials that resonate with automotive industry clients
Digital Marketing & Communications
Maintain and update company website using WordPress
Manage social media accounts and create engaging content
Handle incoming telephone enquiries
Operations & Logistics
Package customer orders and coordinate shipping arrangements
Manage inventory and stock levels of components and parts
Procure components and office supplies as required
Support general administrative functions as needed
Essential Requirements
Proven experience in business administration or similar role
Strong understanding of B2B customer relationship management
Experience with invoicing and basic financial administration
WordPress website management skills (or ability to learn with training)
Social media management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Desirable Requirements
