Responsibilities
* The service of food and beverage products in the restaurant, either working within the bar, breakfast or evening restaurant team
* Being able to confidently communicate all our food and beverage offerings available to customers
* Accurately dealing with all payment transactions (cash, card and room charging) in the correct manner according to company guidelines
* Providing a warm and welcoming service at all touch points with the guests ensuring that any queries or requirements are dealt with accordingly
* Managing day‑to‑day staffing needs, planning and assigning work and contributing to setting performance and development goals for team members
* Ensuring the team deliver on quality and guest satisfaction goals. Helping guests with their requests and complaints - making sure you maintain a high level of guest satisfaction
* Making sure food and drinks are secure and stored safely - always keeping stocks replenished and minimising waste
* Supporting in the management of food and beverage inventory procedures, ensuring minimum and maximum stocks for all food, beverage, material, and equipment are maintained consistently
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory/team leader position
* Attentive, professional customer service skills
* The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a big team
* Experience of processing payments (ideally on Micros) would be advantageous
* As the position covers breakfast, M&E functions or dinner service, the right candidate would need to be available for a variety of shifts over mornings and evenings, sometimes into the early hours

Salary £27,060.80
