Role
* Own and scale a performance marketing channel (Google, Meta, Instagram, or ad networks)
* Manage and optimize $500k-$1M+ in paid media spend
* Run A/B tests, optimize funnels, and iterate on creatives
* Model LTV and subscription growth, make data-driven recommendations
* Report directly to CMO and work in a lean, fast-moving team
Profile
* 3-10 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
* Proven track record in managing high-volume paid media budgets
* Strong analytics focus: subscription models, LTV modeling
* B2C background required (industry flexible)
* Startup/scale-up experience preferred
* Hands-on, data-driven, adaptable
