Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:45am to 6pm, Friday 8:45am to 5:30pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays 9am to 1pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate for the position of Assistant Sales Manager will be highly motivated, career-driven, and experienced in the current sales market.
Duties will include:
* Growing the volume of new sales business and income for the branch.
* Appraising and instructing residential sales properties.
* Identifying other potential business opportunities and referring them to the appropriate division.
* Ensuring high-quality customer care.
* Meeting and exceeding targets for lettings business.
* Registering, qualifying, and managing applicants.
* Arranging and conducting viewing appointments and securing property lets.
* Working in accordance with all legal obligations without exception.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of available properties.
* Implementing effective canvassing and marketing strategies.
* Developing the core business of the branch.
* Assisting with team management.
Skills Required
* Previous experience in a senior sales position with a proven track record in securing new business.
* Excellent sales ability.
* High level of customer service skills.
* Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
* Negotiation skills.
* Tenacity and self-motivation to succeed.
* Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
* Adaptability to change.
