Job Description
I’m partnering with a City based firm to hire an experienced EA for a lynchpin role. Supporting senior leadership, plus a high performing team and playing a key part in the day-to-day running of the office, the role would suit someone who enjoys variety, is highly organised, and is comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. What you’ll do:
* Provide executive support to senior leaders, including diary management, meeting coordination and preparation, and travel booking
* Prepare materials, summaries and follow-up actions for meetings and key initiatives
* Coordinate internal and external meetings
* Event management
* Assist with reporting, tracking commercial KPI's, data collation and CRM management
* Act as a centre point for the wider teams, ensuring efficient company wide communication
* Support office management and day-to-day operations for the London office
