Shifts: Panama Days and Nights

This Birmingham site is a brand-new, fully automated facility representing a multi-million-pound investment in cutting‑edge technology. As it approaches go‑live, the business is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to play a key role in shaping and leading site operations.

The Role
As Maintenance Supervisor you'll be responsible for:
* Leading a team of two Multi‑Skilled Engineers, with scope for the team to expand as the site becomes fully operational.
* Conducting one‑to‑ones and appraisals, mentoring and developing your team's skills.
* Driving site KPIs to maximise efficiency and equipment uptime.
* Overseeing shift handovers, tracking breakdowns, and allocating planned maintenance tasks.
* Working hands‑on alongside your team while providing technical guidance and leadership.
* Supporting the Engineering Manager with recruitment and other departmental activities.
The Candidate
