About the Role We are delighted to be working with a fantastic primary school in Barnet that is seeking a compassionate and skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. This role is focused on providing 1:1 support to a Year 1 child with autism who is non-verbal and may experience dysregulation due to communication challenges. Your role will be pivotal in helping the child access learning, develop social communication skills, and thrive in the classroom environment. Why This Role?
