Responsibilities
* Resolve system user queries and troubleshoot technical issues
* Advise customers on how to get the best from the software’s functionality
* Support clients in configuring the system to meet their business needs
* Build strong, professional relationships with customers
* Identify opportunities for system improvements and new functionality
* Collaborate with internal teams on testing and new software releases
* Occasionally visit customers to better understand their requirements

Salary: £28,500 - 30,500
