Qualifications
A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable for this role. Please note: we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
Compensation
Pay: £12.71 - £14.94 per Hour + accrued holiday pay.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday. Zero hour contract – gives you flexibility to work different shifts each week depending on the Nursery needs.

About Our Nursery
The Old Station Nursery Granta Park is a premium nursery offering four extra learning enhancements for our children: Organic growing, Cookery and Language lessons; all delivered in a Montessori inspired way which encourages practical learning at each child’s unique pace. The nursery is located in Granta Park, only 5 minutes from the M11/A505 junction, with quick access to central Cambridge and ample parking. It is a truly unique setting with an onsite Gym and Restaurant that our team benefit from a 50% discount as well as beautiful walks to take on your lunch break.
What Your Role Involves
* Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
* Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
* Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
* Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
* Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
