Estate Agency Property Investment Consultant – Duties and responsibilities
* Liaise with vendors
* Book viewings using the company’s system
* Complete customer records and update records in the system
* Conduct accompanied viewings with clients and establish needs
* Close investment sales
* Market new stock on all available media channels
* Negotiate and agree offers
* Maintain and manage accurate records
Estate Agency Property Investment Consultant – Experience Needed
* Previous experience is advantageous in a property investment or Estate Agency role.
* You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
* You will have solid IT skills
* You will be well spoken and well presented
* You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
