Your new company This Wirral primary school is seeking an Early Years Teacher on a full time basis to cover maternity leave from September 2024 for the full academic year. Your new role As Early Years Teacher, you will be required to deliver a stimulating early years' curriculum to children during the important early stages of their learning journey. Your role will encompass planning and teaching exciting, creative and engaging lessons, and assessing and reporting for pupils to ensure appropriate progress. You will work with experienced Teaching Assistants in your class, utilising their expertise as appropriate. What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this EYFS teaching post you must: Be an experienced early years specialist (although ECTS with early years teaching experience will be considered). Possess a proven track record of delivering progress in a foundation unit. Have an outgoing, engaging personality, and be a dynamic team player, committed to working as part of and contributing to a close-knit teaching and support team. Be committed to contributing to the wider life of the school. Hold full QTS, with both recently qualified and experienced teachers being considered. Have a clear enhanced DBS check or a willingness to obtain one.
