A leading Legal 100 law firm in Exeter is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Associate Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) to join its thriving Private Wealth team.
This is a senior-level opportunity for a 7+ PQE Private Client lawyer seeking high-value work, long-term progression and a clearly structured pathway to Partnership within a highly regarded Devon practice.

The Role – Senior Associate (Private Client)
As a Senior Associate, you will manage a broad and technically interesting non-contentious private client caseload, including:
* Drafting complex Wills
* Probate and estate administration
* Succession planning
* Trust creation and administration
* Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning
* Tax advice and wealth management structuring
The client base includes:
* High Net Worth (HNW) individuals
* Business owners and entrepreneurs
* Trustees and executors
* Landowners and agricultural/farming clients across Devon
You will play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the Exeter Private Client team while mentoring junior lawyers where appropriate.

About You
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx)
* Minimum 7+ years’ PQE in Private Client law
* Strong technical background in wills, trusts, probate and tax planning
* Experience gained within a reputable regional or national law firm
* Ambition to progress towards Partnership in a stable, high-performing team
