Responsibilities:
* Lead, inspire, and coach a dynamic team to deliver exceptional service to an international clientele.
* Drive store performance, achieving and exceeding sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals.
* Champion the brand DNA, ensuring impeccable store presentation and visual merchandising standards at all times.
* Foster a culture of excellence in clienteling, nurturing relationships with VIP and loyal customers.
* Partner with senior management and head office teams to execute strategic initiatives.
* Oversee seamless daily operations, while developing and retaining top talent.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Store Manager within luxury fashion, leather goods, or accessories.
* Strong commercial acumen with a successful track record of exceeding targets.
* A natural leader with gravitas, able to inspire and motivate large, diverse teams.
* Deep understanding of luxury client expectations with a polished, sophisticated approach.
