How you create impact
* Provide operational support to Freight Account Managers and the wider sales team.
* Organize shipments and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
* Monitor pre-bookings and proactively engage with customers to ensure efficient planning.
* Serve as the first point of contact for general customer enquiries.
* Provide proactive updates to customers and address shipment issues when they arise.
* Manage exceptions by identifying and resolving issues quickly, escalating when necessary.
* Prepare quotes and identify opportunities to support account growth.
* Process sales and purchase invoices accurately and support overall branch operations.
What we would like you to bring
* Secondary school education or equivalent.
* Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering an excellent customer experience.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
