You Will Be Able To Demonstrate
* Experience working to the Government Service Standard and within the GDS lifecycle.
* Using a range of UCD (user research and service design) methods in complex problem spaces, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, concept testing, journey mapping and service blueprinting.
* Scoping and planning effective UCD activities at pace, balancing time restrictions and other constraints.
* Analysing research, synthesising and presenting insights that inform product or project decisions.
* Conducting research with people with additional or different needs, and using these insights to design inclusive and accessible services.
* Influencing multidisciplinary teams to adopt UCD methods and stakeholders to use UCD insights in their decision making.
* Planning and conducting iterative user research and team workshops with multidisciplinary agile teams.
* Contributing to the development and innovation of UCD best practice in an organisation.
* Joining up user insights to give teams a holistic understanding of users and their journeys.
