We are seeking a motivated and capable individual to join our team as a Recruitment Officer. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a valuable contribution by supporting hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process. A key aspect of this role is enhancing the candidate experience. You will play an active part in shaping and improving how we engage with applicants, helping us to continuously refine the service we deliver.
This position is ideally suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Our team operates to tight deadlines and manages multiple priorities at once, making this an exciting and rewarding role for the right candidate.

What you’ll be doing
1. Building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
2. Helping managers recruit for their job vacancies
3. Managing recruitment from start to finish including advert support, interview letters, references, offers of employment, compliance checks
4. Delivering a smooth and engaging candidate experience
5. Ensuring compliance with statutory and contractual obligations
6. Maintaining accurate records and data integrity
7. Contributing to continuous service improvement and team planning
What we’re looking for
8. GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
9. Experience in a customer-focused role
10. Strong ICT skills, especially Microsoft Office
11. Excellent communication and organisational skills
12. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
