National Account Manager

ARM have an exciting opportunity for a National Account Manager to join a luxury manufacturing family run business on a permanent basis.
You'll champion our premium product range, identify new opportunities, and bring our chocolate story to life with customers who value quality and creativity.
The Role:
* Develop and execute account strategies to drive sales growth and brand visibility.
* Build long-term relationships with key retail and wholesale partners.
* Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, promotions, and range development.
* Collaborate with internal teams including Quality, Production and Purchasing.
* Identify new business opportunities within the region.
* Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting and forecasting.
* Provide assistance with National exhibitions where required.
Requirements:
* Experience as a National Account Manager or similar role, ideally in the food industry or luxury gifting.
* Proven track record of growing accounts and meeting sales targets.
* Passionate about high-quality products and exceptional service.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Comfortable working independently.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
