Tonic are assisting our client's search for an Executive Head Chef to lead the brigade at their stunning hotel in a popular ski resort, Morzine. The hotel is currently undergoing extensive refurbishment and the first phase is due to launch in Dec 2025. The new Executive Head Chef will be walking into a brand new kitchen and be instrumental in building the new brigade. The role will oversee multiple outlets at the hotel, delivering a healthy fresh food/light lunch offering and a slightly more classical French offering in the evening. Previous experience as Executive Chef within a busy fresh food operation
