On-call duties require availability within 45 minutes. Staff living farther than 45 minutes from the hospital can use a designated overnight stay room at GRH, free of charge, available at both sites.
Excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work with complex clients and as part of a close-knit team. Flexibility in managing inpatient, outpatient, and community caseloads is required.
A driving license and access to a vehicle are necessary, as the service covers the county and lone working may be required.
