Overview

Join to apply for the New Homes Sales Consultant role at Beresfords Group. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join the team working on one of the most prestigious sites in Essex. The successful candidate will support Beresfords New Homes Department and work closely with the client on delivering sales of houses ranging from £1.5 million to £2.3 million. The site is based in Upminster (phase one), with two further phases spanning approximately two years.


Salary & Benefits

We offer competitive rates of pay with great OTE and potential earnings. The salary for this role is circa £50,000 to £55,000 OTE per annum. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a range of benefits including:

Duties (including but not limited to)

* Work closely with prospective buyers on initial viewings and tours of the show home and site
* Proactive phone work to generate viewings from our database
* Sales progression
* Collaborate with the developer and New Homes Director
* Assist buyers with bespoke choices and upgrades on their house
* Coordinate with in-house Mortgage & Protection Advisors to support cross-selling activity, and with internal lettings teams


Essential Requirements

* Full UK Driving License
* Proven track record delivering reservations and sales on a new homes site
* Ability to manage the full range of the sales and conveyancing process
* Proven track record of assisting buyers upon completion and moving them into their new home
* Self-motivated and target driven
* Previous new homes sales experience is essential
* Previous experience in a fast-paced customer-focused environment is essential
* Good computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
* Excellent communication skills


Hours of Work

Full-time hours (5 days per week between Monday and Sunday, 9:30am–5pm). Weekend work is required with two days off in the week.
