Property Litigation Associate Solicitor - Up to £80,000 salary
A specialist Property Litigation team within a leading national full-service commercial law firm is seeking to appoint an additional Associate Solicitor.

The role involves managing a varied caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, rights of way, restrictive covenants, and development issues. You will handle all forms of dispute resolution—from negotiation and mediation to arbitration and litigation. This position also includes opportunities to support related teams, contribute to business development, and mentor junior colleagues.
The Candidate
1. Property Litigation Solicitor with 1+ years' post-qualification experience or equivalent
