If you’re an organised, people‑focused coordinator who enjoys keeping things moving and solving problems quickly, this temporary role will put you at the heart of a busy customer service function. You’ll be supporting a manager who values clarity, pace and reliability, and you’ll play a key part in ensuring customers receive a smooth, well‑managed experience.This role requiresmitment through September and beyond, so it will not suit someone returning to education.What you’ll be doing
1. Customer case handling — responding to concerns by phone or email and progressing each case within SLA
2. Contractor coordination — issuing instructions to subcontractors and ensuring work ispleted promptly
3. Remedial tracking — following up outstanding tasks and drivingpletion within a 28‑day window
4. Customermunication — providing clear updates, empathy and a positive experience throughout
5. Internal liaison — working closely with colleagues across departments to keep information flowing
6. Admin & data accuracy — maintaining system records, logging updates and supporting general admin tasks
7. KPI awareness — helping ensure service levels and performance measures are met
8. Health & Safety awareness — followingpany standards and safe working practices
What you'll need to succeed
9. Experience in a customer service, coordination or admin role
10. Confidence managing multiple cases and keeping on top of deadlines
11. Strongmunication skills and a calm, solutions‑focused approach
12. Ability to build rapport with customers, contractors and internal teams
13. Solid IT skills andfort working with databases or CRM systems
