What you'll be doing Approval and implementation of project quality plans, safety plans, and Tool Box Talks. Support the safe delivery of the project, fostering a positive safety culture. Lead by example to effectively support the company's Safety Behavioural Programme including implementation of safety initiatives. Develop and maintain excellent client relationships through effective and timely communication. Ensure that expenditure is in line with the budget and that resources are utilised efficiently to ensure cost control. Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure contractual and safety compliance. Submit internal and external reports such as Clients Monthly Project Progress, and Stage Gate 6 reports in agreed format. Produce and review site records, such as site diaries, plant, labour, and material returns. Who we are looking for Strong knowledge of the Rail industry, including construction techniques and processes in Track and Civils disciplines. Personal Track Safety. The ability to use Word, Excel, and Power Point. Excellent communication & people skills developing & managing the relationship with the client is a key element of this contract. Ability to work under pressure, remaining focused and professional. Ability to positively influence others to achieve set objectives and targets. Work collaboratively and effectively with others to achieve aligned outcomes. Leadership skills including the ability to overcome challenges, solve problems, and motivate others, as well as maintaining effective relationships with customers by exceeding their expectations.
