Overview
My Client is looking for driven, confident communicators with strong people skills to work at their Contact Campus helping customers looking to purchase some of their amazing technology and services. As an Inbound Sales Advisor, you will speak to customers who have previously visited their Website, and with effective listening, fact finding and matching you'll be converting these calls into sales while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. Role starts on 13th October with 2 weeks fully paid training.
Working hours / shift patterns: 40hrs per week, rotational shifts Monday to Friday (8hr shift between 08:00 and 20:00). One weekend shift every 2 weeks (09:00 to 17:30). Temporary to Permanent role available after 12 weeks.
Role Details

* Guide the customer through the sales journey whilst ensuring that they are kept fully informed.

Experience & Qualifications
* Confident communicator with strong people skills.
* IT literate with the ability to navigate multiple systems quickly and efficiently.
* A passion for TECH.
* Flexible.
* Previous Sales experience would be great.
