As a vital part of our commercial finance team, you will play a key role in supporting our business growth across both Medina sites. You’ll collaborate closely with our Finance colleagues, who are the central hub of knowledge, ensuring that we achieve our strategic goals together.
In this role, you will report to the Senior Finance Business Partner and be instrumental in analyzing key business initiatives that align with our growth pillars. Your expertise will help manage rebates, oversee month-end processes, and provide insightful customer reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the finance team on initiative modeling, eligibility, targets, and ROI analysis.
* Conduct customer performance and margin analysis.
* Prepare Customer Rebate and ADV Reports.
* Ensure accuracy in rebates and rebate reconciliations.
* Transform analysis into actionable guidance for the sales management team.
* Understand the drivers behind weekly and monthly results compared to forecasts and budgets.
* Support team members in daily activities, innovating new processes and simplifying reporting.
* Develop models to provide insights across the Commercial sector.
* Collaborate with sales, merchandising, and manufacturing teams to deepen understanding of financial drivers.
* Serve as a central point of contact for commercial finance-related queries.
* Create reports and presentations to drive business results.
* Act as an ambassador for finance, promoting cross-functional collaboration.
About You:
We’re looking for someone with a strong academic background and excellent commercial acumen. If you’re currently training or aspire to train in CIMA or ACCA, this role is perfect for you! You should possess:
* Outstanding communication and teamwork skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
* A meticulous approach to analysis, with the ability to prioritize and manage diverse information sources.
