At NCP, we’re on the lookout for an experienced, proactive, and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide world-class support to two of our Executive Directors. This is a fast-paced, high-trust role that requires exceptional communication, confidence, and a proactivemindset.
Please note that this role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, covering maternity leave.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Provide support to two Executive Directors of NCP, includingmanaging diaries, inboxes, and being the first point of contact
* Handling confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
* Coordinating senior-level meetings including agendas, minutes, and document preparation
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including key clients
* Booking national and international travel
* Managing documentation using MS Office, Oracle, and Visio
* Collaborating with other EAs and teams to keep things running smoothly
* Supporting NCP community initiatives and monthly KPI tracking
* Attending and documenting senior level executive meetings.
* Completion of expenses
* Travelling to work from our Manchester office at least 2 days per week
Requirements:
* 4+ years’ experience in an EA role within a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills with the ability to built and nurture internal and external stakeholder relationships
* The ability to workflexibly as an individual and have a positive “can do” attitude;
* Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Legal experience is a bonus, but not essential
* Someone who thrives on collaboration, takes initiative, and isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up
