They are now seeking a motivated Accounts Payable Assistant to join their established finance team in Manchester.
Salary; £25,000
Key Responsibilities
* Process invoices and expenses accurately and within deadlines
* Work with expense management systems and corporate card platforms
* Assist with month‑end processes and reconciliations
* Liaise with colleagues across the business to resolve queries promptly
* Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling financial information
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Administration
* Knowledge of expense management systems and corporate card platforms
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Twinfield or similar)
* High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills
* Confident communicator with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset
* Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative team player
