About the role:
As Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in maintain the efficient set up and service of our busy kitchen.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
* Cleaning and maintenance of all kitchen areas including floors / walls / surfaces
* Regular emptying, cleaning and Maintenance of all bins and designated refuse areas
* Correct application of cleaning apparatus and chemicals
* Cleaning, organisation and storage of kitchen equipment and restaurant crockery
* Supporting chefs to ensure the smooth running of a busy hotel kitchen whilst adhering to health & safety / food hygeine regulations
About you:
Experience working in a kitchen as a Porter or similar role is beneficial but not essential. Full training will be provided.
Commitment and the ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment is a must. All applicants must be able to work on their feet through their shift.
