We are currently seeking an experienced Paralegal or law graduate to join our growing Property Litigation team in our Exeter office on a full time and permanent basis.

Responsibilities
* Provide essential support to fee earners in the team to ensure clients are provided with outstanding service by understanding their needs and delivering this in a cost effective manner, dealing with a range of property litigation matters.
* Be fully involved in all aspects of litigation, including preparation of Court papers, preparing correspondence as matters progress, and communicating with clients and third parties by telephone.
* Manage files comprehensively, taking instructions from senior team members and clients, and ensuring procedures are effectively handled.
Who You Are
* Experienced paralegal in a litigious area of law, or a law graduate with experience in an office-based environment; self-motivated, independent and eager to learn.
* A clear dedication to a career in Law, a good communicator, and a strong team player who can work proactively with colleagues to support clients and deliver great results.
* Able to understand and relate to clients’ needs, cope with pressures of handling multiple caseloads, quick learner with excellent IT skills, and meticulous in delivering high-quality work.
* Skilled in building strong and lasting relationships with clients, with a genuine commitment to their business needs; self-motivated and ambitious to learn more about the sector.
