This is a hands-on and strategically important role focused on financial controls, reporting, compliance, and providing insight to senior leadership. You will act as the key finance lead for the UK division while working closely with global finance teams to ensure consistency and compliance with group standards. Key Responsibilities Lead the UK entitys full financial reporting cycle, delivering accurate, timely management accounts with sharp insight that supports decision-making at all levels. Elevate the financial control environment by streamlining processes, strengthening compliance, and ensuring robust internal governance. Go beyond the numbers with clear, impactful reporting and commentary that connects finance to commercial performance and strategic goals. Drive a smooth, well-managed month-end and year-end close processno surprises, just clarity and confidence. Support annual statutory audits and ensure full compliance with UK GAAP and group policiesno scrambling, just structure. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments and regions to ensure finance is enabling, not just reporting. Support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting with accurate data and financial insights Take the lead on cash flow management, working capital optimisation, and funding forecasts to support growth.
