In this role, you will support Academy players through key stages of their journey — from inductions and transitions to wellbeing, personal development and life skills. You will bring: Experience supporting children or young people. Strong communication and listening skills. A calm, empathetic and approachable manner. Good organisational and administrative skills. Confidence working with parents, colleagues and external partners. A passion for wellbeing, safeguarding and inclusion. You should also: Feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Be able to handle sensitive situations professionally. Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team. Be confident using Microsoft Office systems including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
