Our loyal and highly skilled workforce are key to our success of delivering sustainable climate and water management solutions, everywhere.**Role Overview** As an Account Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of a dedicated portfolio of accounts, ensuring exceptional service and timely responses to customer queries. You will also identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue growth with new customers. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams including Estimation, Customer Service, Operations, and Product Development to deliver optimal solutions. Occasional travel may be required for on-site meetings with key stakeholders.**Key Responsibilities*** Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.* Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profitability.* Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.* Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets.* Forecast and track key account metrics.* Assist with challenging client requests or escalations as needed.* Ensure CRM systems and reporting tools are used effectively and accurately.* Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to ensure cohesive customer engagement and delivery.* Ensure compliance with data protection (GDPR), ISO, and other relevant regulations.**Skills and Experience*** Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Junior Account Manager.* Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.* Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office (particularly Excel).* Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.* Self-motivated, well-organised and methodical work ethic.* Strong attention to detail.* Strong verbal and written communication skills.* Good financial/commercial awareness.Here at the Genuit Group we recognise and develop the contribution our people make to the Group’s success and are committed to attracting talent from the widest pool.
