You will work closely with the Head of ALS, Senior ALS Coordinator, Specialist Support Coach and other key staff to support an identified caseload of students in developing their emotional literacy and social skills through one to one and small group sessions and workshops.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have empathy and understanding and be able to support students in identifying their difficulties and work with them to develop effective methods of self-regulation and positive social skills.
