As a permanent employee, you'll report to the Client Delivery Manager and play a crucial role in managing our operational team and ensuring the smooth delivery of maintenance and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate your team to achieve UK Power Networks Services goals and ensure client satisfaction4.
* Manage maintenance programs for assets operating at voltages from 132kV to 230v.
* Collaborate with the Client Delivery Manager to deliver projects on time and within budget.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
* Develop business relationships with clients and seek opportunities to improve network resilience.
Qualifications:
* Senior Authorised Person as defined by the Distribution Safety Rules.
* Experience in distribution systems through the range 132kV to 433v & 400v.
* Educated to HNC level qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
* Knowledge of HV systems, building services systems, and specialist HV equipment.
