Duties as Early Years Practitioner
* Support the planning and delivery of engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
* Assist with the care and supervision of children aged 0–5 years
* Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
* Encourage social, emotional, and physical development through play‑based learning
* Monitor and record observations of children’s progress and share with staff
* Support children with personal care needs where required
Ideal Early Years Practitioner
* Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting
* Knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development principles
* Ability to build positive relationships with children and staff
* Patience, empathy, and adaptability
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
* Willingness to undertake relevant training and professional development
