English Teacher (KS3/KS4) – Nottingham
We are looking for an immediate‑starting English Teacher for KS3/KS4 in Nottingham. The role is full‑time with consideration of part‑time options.
Salary is competitive, ranging from £170 to £260 per day, processed through PAYE. The position may involve full duties including planning and marking.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver engaging English lessons for KS3/KS4 students.
* Plan, prepare, and assess student learning and progress.
* Implement school policies on student welfare and safeguarding.
* Collaborate with colleagues to support the school's ethos and values.
* Maintain clear communication with students, parents, and staff.
Key Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – preferred but not essential.
* Relevant degree and teaching qualifications.
* Proven experience teaching English in the UK.
* Enhanced DBS – Child only.
* Strong subject knowledge and pedagogical skills.
* Commitment to student welfare and safeguarding.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
