Purpose of the role
To support the portfolio management team in delivering successful projects, ensuring alignment with controls, governance standards, and the organization's strategic objectives.
Accountabilities
* Facilitate portfolio prioritisation, ensuring compliance with control frameworks, including oversight of controls and standards.
* Support effective portfolio governance, enabling quality, data-driven decision-making, and timely, fit-for-purpose reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
* Monitor portfolio performance, track progress, identify risks and issues, and report status.
* Manage the portfolio Book of Work, prioritising initiatives considering resources, stakeholder buy-in, and risks.
* Oversee change delivery, ensuring policy compliance, robust controls, and driving control maturity.
* Review and escalate portfolio risks and issues, supporting resolution efforts.
* Engage stakeholders with clear communication and effective processes.
* Promote an environment of effective delivery, leveraging data and expertise for accountability and transparency.
* Provide best practice guidance on controls and governance, including training.

Role Specifics
As a Financial Crime Finance Analyst, you will lead resource and cost forecasting for the IFC programme, providing strategic financial insights and controls, ensuring transparency to senior stakeholders including Executive Committees, Boards, and Regulators.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience in financial analysis and forecasting, preferably in change or programme environments.
* Experience in resource and cost forecasting at a portfolio or enterprise level.
* Understanding of financial crime risk, compliance, or regulatory programmes (preferred).
* Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial planning tools and dashboards.
* Excellent attention to detail and a structured, analytical approach.
