Social network you want to login/join with: The District Security Manager is responsible for overseeing security operations at the client’s sites within the designated region (Europe, China, Brazil, India, Middle East, US). The Manager implements security policies, standards, and programs across various locations and product lines. This role collaborates daily with Facility Security Managers, administrative offices, and manages employee travel risks, reporting directly to the Regional Security Manager.
Provide leadership and coordinate daily security activities with security personnel across the enterprise.
# Develop and implement security processes and strategies to mitigate risks, respond to incidents, and minimize financial and regulatory liabilities.
# Identify significant security risks and design strategies to prevent asset loss.
# Establish standards and controls for intellectual property, key employee security, and product counterfeiting issues at facilities.
# Coordinate site security operations to ensure employee safety and asset protection.
# Research and deploy technical solutions to safeguard assets and personnel.
# Manage preventive programs to protect against business disruptions efficiently.
# Report to the Global Security Regional Manager and coordinate with Facility Security Managers on security issues.
# Provide security status briefings to the Regional Security Manager and integrate security measures into regional operations.
# Anticipate partner needs and prioritize service excellence.
# Develop relationships and provide training to ensure effective security services, respecting cultural sensitivities.
# Collaborate with the Regional Security Manager to build relationships with emergency responders like law enforcement, fire services, and medical providers.
# Create action plans to mitigate security risks while maintaining operational efficiency.
# Partner with crisis management teams to develop contingency plans and work with agencies on emergency preparedness.
# Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with at least seven years in law enforcement, military, intelligence, or public service roles.
