Job Overview
As a Quality and Safety Projects Manager you will play a crucial role in delivering projects across Cambridge University Hospitals (CUH) and the campus, supporting the Chief Nurse and Chief Medical Officers portfolios.
Responsibilities
* Support and manage the delivery of projects at CUH under the direction of the Chief Nurse, ensuring alignment with the Trust strategy.
* Act as an expert facilitator, identifying risks and issues, negotiating, and ‘unblocking’ to drive progress towards delivery.
* Maintain focus, enthusiasm and momentum, responding to changing needs of the health and care system.
* Ensure overall integrity and coherence of the programme of work allocated.
