We have new, confidential instructions from a highly-respected boutique practice in London. Our instructing law firm is a long-standing client with a stable and successful track record, with core practice areas including private client, property and litigation. Due to a sustained increase in instructions and with a view to future structural planning for the team, the private client group is seeking an additional, experienced lawyer for a role which will offer high-quality UK and international work and excellent career prospects.
We are seeking a lawyer with a broad private client skill set but in particular someone with solid experience in tax structuring matters and cross-border work for HNW individuals and families. You will be working in a very friendly, supportive team comprising two experienced, reputed lawyers in this area and another junior lawyer.
You will have a good career history in private client and personal tax matters and be capable of working independently as needed as well as within this highly collegiate team. As such, you will ideally have between 10 and 15 years' PQE, however we will consider lawyers just outside of this level. Due to the specific skill set needed, we would expect lawyers to have had at least some of their career in a rated London law firm or in-house role. Some time in an offshore role would be valued but is not essential.
The firm is based in central London and salary is dependent on experience.
