Maintaining Market Knowledge: Stay updated on local property market trends and developments, keeping abreast of changes and opportunities within the industry. Providing Excellent Customer Service: Uphold a high standard of customer service throughout the sales or letting process, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Collaborating with Colleagues: Work closely with colleagues to facilitate smooth transactions and provide support as needed. Conducting Property Checkouts and Visits: Learn to conduct property checkouts when a tenant leaves, ensuring the property is in good condition and facilitating a smooth transition for the next tenant. Conduct regular property visits during the lifespan of the tenancy, reporting findings to the landlord and addressing any maintenance issues promptly. Additional Requirements: Work Experience: Ideally, candidates should have a minimum of 12 months of work experience, preferably in a customer-facing role. Driving Skills: Confident driver with a valid drivers license and a minimum of two years driving experience. Personal Qualities: Outgoing, confident, and personable individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for property. Transport Access: Access to own vehicle required; fleet cars available for use if over the age of 21 and meet driving experience criteria.
