Key Responsibilities:
● Respond to inbound calls and written enquiries from customers on behalf of dealerships
● Book service appointments, provide repair updates and manage aftersales interactions
● Ensure a consistently professional and empathetic approach to customer service
● Work collaboratively with team members and dealership contacts to resolve queries efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
● Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or branch setting (essential)
● Strong knowledge of the automotive service process and terminology
● Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
● Self-motivated, reliable and comfortable working independently from home
● Confident with using CRM and booking systems (training provided on internal tools)
