We're looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join our Construction team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about customer service and keen to make a real impact in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of care.
About the Role
As a Customer Care Coordinator, you'll be the key link between our customers, contractors, and site teams. Your role will involve:
* Scheduling and monitoring defect works and inspections.
* Managing customer queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
* Maintaining accurate records on our Clixifix system.
* Supporting our journey to achieve and maintain 5-Star Customer Satisfaction.
* Liaising with supply chain partners to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
* Strong administration and organisational skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Experience in customer service and relationship building.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.
* Ability to make decisions within defined procedures and work methodically with attention to detail.
Desirable:
* Knowledge of housing construction or property development.
* Experience with Clixifix or similar systems.
* Understanding of building defects and trade disciplines.
