We’re looking for passionate, resilient individuals to join a supportive school as Behaviour Mentors, working with pupils who have SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) needs and behavioural challenges.
Every day you’ll make an impact - helping young people regulate emotions, re-engage with learning, and build the confidence to thrive inside and outside the classroom.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting young people 1:1 and in small groups with behaviour and emotional regulation
* Acting as a positive role model and trusted mentor
* Helping pupils develop the social skills they need for future success
* Collaborating with teachers, families, and agencies to provide wraparound support
