The Role: · Team Management: Lead and manage the front desk team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. · Guest Service: Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest service at all times, handling inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. · Reservation Management: Oversee reservation procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in booking processes. · Financial Management: Monitor front desk operations, including cash handling, billing, and payment processing, to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies. · Reporting: Prepare daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and other front desk metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. · Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication, contributing to the overall success of the hotel.
