As the business continues to grow, Chalice Medical is investing in its first full-time marketing hire to build a structured, scalable marketing function that supports our commercial and clinical ambitions.
Job Description
Reporting into the Global Sales Director, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and owning Chalice Medical’s marketing function from the ground up. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution and will shape how the business communicates, positions its products, and supports growth across the UK, Europe, and the US.
This is a foundational role for an experienced marketing generalist who can hit the ground running, create structure, build processes, and act as the owner of marketing within the business.
This is a rare opportunity to establish and lead marketing within a growing medical device company. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to define priorities, set strategy, and deliver impactful marketing activity across multiple markets.
This position offers high visibility, autonomy, and influence, with scope to shape the future direction of marketing at Chalice Medical.
* Design and deliver Chalice Medical’s end-to-end marketing strategy across UK, Europe, and US markets.
* Establish marketing foundations: messaging, positioning, content pillars, and processes.
* Own and evolve brand presence across digital, print, events, and campaigns.
* Lead website strategy, structure, and content (not just updates).
* Plan and execute campaigns that support commercial and product objectives.
* Work with our in-house videographer for website and social media content.
* Coordinate all product launch and case study press releases.
* Support and leverage industry events as part of a broader marketing strategy.
* Manage event logistics and brief external agencies/suppliers for designed collateral.
* Implement performance tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement.
* Bring fresh ideas and new approaches to marketing activity, continually identifying opportunities to improve how Chalice Medical communicates, positions its products, and engages with its audience.
* Act as the internal marketing lead and owner of the function.
Person Specification
* Education - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
* 3-5+ years’ experience in B2B Marketing.
* Proven experience building or reshaping marketing from an early stage.
* Comfortable working autonomously with senior stakeholders.
* Experience aligning marketing activity with commercial growth.
