Your new role
As a Supported Housing Worker, you will provide person‑centred support to clients with medium‑level needs across two supported amodation locations. You’ll help individuals develop confidence, maintain their tenancies, and access vital services that enable long‑term stability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver tailored support and housing management to clients
2. Support people experiencing homelessness to move toward independence
3. Build effective partnerships with local agencies and professionals
4. Maintain accurate, clear, and timely client records
5. Track referrals into the service
6. Promote a safe, supportive, and empowering environment
7. Work collaboratively within a rota between 08:00–20:00
Additional duties may be required in line with the needs of the service.
What you'll need to succeed
8. Experience supporting people withplex needs and/or challenging behaviours
9. Strongmunication and record‑keeping skills
10. Empathy, resilience, and a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable people
11. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, emotionally rewarding environment
